Those have a value of “No” on the USGS Adjusted field.Benchmarks established by subsequent City leveling surveys primarily based on the 1970 United States Geodetic Survey (USGS) adjustment and designated as adjusted. Those have a value of “Yes” on the USGS Adjusted field or an asterisk at the beginning of the Description field. The published benchmark values of the 2 sets may not match each other within a couple of tenths of a survey-foot and should not be used together to control the same survey.
